    对冬天的幻想就是一杯甜密的缇拉米苏

    我无意中搜索到了一台湾一个网友写的Tiramisu的做法,便偷偷笑了。连图片都是那么的可爱。我上了“说了Yes之后”,麻姬的Blog,上面竟有几个非常经典的小厨介绍。可是那里是不能复制的,所以我又重新去Google进行搜索。
     
    我想把做Tiramisu的方法跟姐妹们分享。
     

    材料:4个蛋黄、2/3杯细糖、1/4Marsala甜酒(或甜雪莉酒)12Ladyfingers蛋糕(或以海绵蛋糕切成1.5公分薄片)1杯冷却的Espresso咖啡、1/2(220公克左右)的马斯卡波涅乳酪(Mascarpone Cheese)、可可粉少许(先用滤网筛过

    作法: 

    1.    在耐热的碗中将蛋黄与细糖混合打至均匀,然后在炉上隔水加热,直至浓稠,在将甜酒倒入碗中,用打蛋器搅打后,整个碗离火,置一旁冷却 

    2.    Ladyfingers(或海绵蛋糕)稍浸在Espresso咖啡中,立刻拿起,以免软化糜烂,在另一碗中铺上沾过咖啡的蛋糕,,层层立叠铺好 

    3.    把乳酪拌入已冷却的蛋黄浓液中,拌至均匀,倒在蛋糕上,洒少许可可粉,放入冰箱冷藏至冷透(也可分至小碗中,于每个小碗碗底铺上蛋糕,其余步骤相同

     
     Tiramisu,想到就会在脸上藏不住微笑。甜甜的,带着一丝一丝的细腻,正如初冬的雪花,一点一点地沁在你的舌尖,然后慢慢的熔化。

    dunt use sponge fingers for tiramisu, they become too soft after dipping into expresso.
